Botley – Part time Reception and Customer Care Assistant - (Oct 2024)​

8am - 2pm Monday to Friday plus 1 Saturday in 4 from 9am to 2pm
​
​The Oxford Cat Clinic is looking for a new Receptionist/ Customer Care Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent client care to our wonderful clients and providing administrative support across all aspects of our client services. This is a non-clinical role.​ The successful candidate will be responsible for:​

Meeting and greeting our clients

Managing appointment bookings and other general queries
-
Answering non-clinical questions
-
Telephone reception
-
Filtering and responding to email correspondence
-
Promoting in-house services
-
Taking payment for services received
-
General administrative duties including: Processing insurance claims; debt collection; health plan queries and health plan maintenance:

Cleaning
-
Cashing up​
Every day at the Clinic is different, often rewarding and sometimes challenging. We require someone with a proven track record in an administrative role who is driven by the desire to deliver excellent client service. Attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to think on your feet and to problem-solve. This can be a challenging environment so the successful candidate will require a resilient character and a mature outlook concerning feedback and self-awareness. An interest in cats is, of course, desirable, but this is a customer-facing role meaning that people will be front and center of your day. We provide on-site training and there is a budget for CPD.
