“These are the most incredible vets! We joined them a couple of years ago after a recommendation from a friend, and I am so glad we did. Our cat became unwell recently, and the team have been absolutely amazing. Despite new restrictions due to COVID 19, they have gone above and beyond looking after our cat, and reassuring us, keeping us up to date every step of the way, and checking in regularly. Our cat is now all better, and it is 100% down to all their hard work. We are so grateful for such kind, caring people, they are all doing an amazing job.”

Cat Care: “We joined them a couple of years ago after a recommendation from a friend, and I am so glad we did.”

I recently adopted my first cat and called the Botley Cat Clinic to express my concerns. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, listened carefully to what I had to say and were very responsive. When I called with a particular problem they recommended that I bring him in as soon as possible and they made time for us to bring him in within 30 mins. Our cat was treated very well and all was explained over the phone clearly and precisely. Really pleased with this clinic for our first visit and definitely recommend them.

“The receptionist was very helpful and got my cat a much-needed appointment within the hour. Very clear on instruction on what was going to happen with drop off and collection. I then spoke with Fiona the vet after examination of my cat. Very thorough and clear on what was wrong, going forward with treatment and arranging a follow-up appointment. Great service, thank you!”

“We found out from our local vet that our sweet kitty had kidney disease and we were devastated. They gave us a referral to the Oxford Cat Clinic and we were totally blown away by the compassion, professionalism, and friendliness of the lovely people who work there.

Our cat isn’t, shall we say, the most receptive to going to new places, but they made her comfortable as possible for her several-hour stay. They ran through all the test results with us, delivered bad news with lots of compassion and understanding, and gave us a thorough list of next steps and options, all the while patiently explaining things we didn’t understand and elaborating where needed. It was a terrible day, but they really helped us through. I’ll always be grateful to the wonderful vets at the cat clinic for helping us through such a difficult time!”

“Having recently moved to the area, I so appreciate and love the Cat Clinic in Botley. Not only were they attentive enough to catch a rare condition that our kitten had, they are just generally very communicative, helpful, personable, and flexible. I can often get appointments within the day or at least within the week, and I feel they truly consider and care about our kitties. Can’t recommend highly enough.”
