I started my veterinary journey in 2023, when Mel employed me as a receptionist at Oxford Cat Clinic. Since then I’ve expanded my administrative skills and built great relationships with our clients. I’ve gained a strong knowledge of insurance and work to make sure the process runs efficiently, and I’m now taking on additional back-of-house tasks to help keep both our branches running smoothly.

I really enjoy building relationships with our clients and giving them excellent service. As a compassionate person, I find it rewarding to laugh with our clients through the highs and to be there to hold their hand through the lows.

Outside the clinic I teach fitness classes as a qualified BOUNCE instructor and spend time with my family.
