Joe Weatherall
Practice Manager
I started at Oxford Cat Clinic just after Mum had bought the practice and needed a receptionist. Stepping into that role, I actively sought more responsibility before being offered the practice manager position, and I’ve since taken on head receptionist too. My aim is to help Mel develop her independent practices.
What I enjoy most is that working in a veterinary environment brings new experiences and challenges every day, which keeps the role interesting and rewarding. I love the social side of it – supporting the team and building strong relationships with our clients and their pets. As a practice we’re passionate about providing the best possible care across both branches, and I’m proud to play a part in improving our systems and supporting the team to deliver the high standard of care they’ve trained so hard to provide.
At home I have three-legged rescue cat Hiccup, Parson Russell terrier Poppy and Bruno, a very neurotic French bulldog who hates the vet.
